Transcriber's and Editor's Notes
Not a will, but a Deed of Gift -- a list of gifts made during life, partly in return for testator’s maintenance.
Re "son" Howell, it is not known whether that is a forename (surname BRAUNCHE) or the surname of a son-in-law, but since he is "disobedient" the former seems more likely. Users should be aware of the problem.
  Translated and paragraphed.
with some of the standard preamble and "legalese" removed.
