Transcriber's and Editor's Notes
Nuncupative will.
Both the Probate and Exhibition Notes are a barely legible Latin scrawl, but it appears that probate was granted to father John (and maybe brother John too), with power as usual reserved to the other Executors. The name Thomas Phillips is clear, but the reason for his presence is unknown -- he may have been their legal representative.
A full Inventory is included.
  Translated and paragraphed.
with some of the standard preamble and "legalese" removed.
