The Will of the Lord be done and in submission thereunto I Mary ffaxon of Sibford Gower in the County of Oxon Widd being weake in Body but of good Memory and Understanding Thanks be Given to Allmighty God for the Same and calling to mind the certainty of death and also the uncertainty of this Life I doe the Sixth day of June in the year 1730 make this my Last Will as ffolloweth (That is to Say) Imprimis I Give and Bequeath unto my kindsman Thomas ffardon of Deadington and to his Brother Jonathan ffardon of NorthNewton in the County of Oxon and to the Survivor of them & to the Executors of the Survivor of them, the Summe of ffiffty pounds of Lawfull Money Nevertheless intrust and upon Speciall Confidence that they the said Thomas ffardon and Jonathan ffardon afores'd or the Survivor of them or the Executors of the Survivor of them shall take Care to Let out the said Summe of ffiffty pounds for the Use of my Kindswoman Margeret Marshall daughter of Thomas and Alice Marshall Deceased (That is to Say) to be made use of for her Maintenance and Breeding up or Raiseing a porc'on for her according as my Trustees afores'd shall think ffitt, and so to pay the same w'th the increase of it to Margeret Marshall afores'd when shee shall attaine to one and Twenty years of Age or otherwise be Marryed before at that Age which shall first happen to be. but It my will is that if my kindswoman Margeret Marshall afores'd dye before she attaines to that age and not marryed, then I do Give and Bequeath the afores'd Summe of ffiffty pound before menc’ond unto my Three Kindswomen Namely Mary= =ffardon Sarah Prestige and Anne Prestige and to their heirs, Equally Share and Share alike Item all the Rest of my Goods and Chattels Ready money Bonds Bills dues depts. and personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever which is not before given I Give and Bequeath unto my three Kindwomen afores'd Mary ffardon Sarah Prestige and Anne Prestige whom I doe Nominate and appoint to be Executors Equally of this my Last Will.
