Not technically an Oxon will, but he leaves property in Burford. He seems to use "nephew" and "cousin" interchangeably, and it is probable that (for instance) the two Thomas FOWLEs are the same man. Some of it is very hard to decipher. Unusually (and interestingly), he gives the full Sunday titles of "King" Philip and Queen Mary.
